ERG Geological Limited is a
Limited Liability Company according to the Libyan Trade Law
established in Feb. 2008 as a successor to GARGAF GEOSERVICES
which was established as a partnership company in May 2005. The
change was necessary for better operation and tax purposes. ERG
Limited will honor all existing GARGAF GEOSERVICES obligations and
commitments.
ERG Geological Limited was established
by Dr. Khaled M. Hangari, in association with a group of highly
qualified Libyan geo-consultants who have been involved for
many years in the earth resources sector of Libya as private
consultants and senior employees in earth resources government
agencies and companies .
Dr. Hangari completed his undergraduate
studies in Libya and his graduate studies in the USA where he
received a PhD in Economic Geology. He is a retired University
Professor, with over 25 years of teaching and consultancy experience
in mineral and petroleum exploration . He has provided
consultancy services to many government agencies, including
the National Oil Corporation and to several multinational oil
and mining companies operating in Libya.
ERG Geological Limited employs five
technical and three non-technical staff and cooperate with
several local and global geological services providers. The
